Hi, I just bought a used automatic Infiniti g20 and I noticed that there are two settings on it, power and comfort. In the manual it says that power will shift in higher revs and comfort will shift in lower revs. I wanted to know if both of them used to same amount of gas or does one setting save more than the other?
A: Well power setting is more for feeling like its a sports car, and what you described, shifts at higher RPM's, so yes, it would use a little more fuel than in comfort mode.

A: Remove the bolster panel from under the steering wheel to get a clear look at the firewall. Look under the hood and find the master cylinder for your brakes (located along the firewall under the hood). Chances are, there will be a small area below the master cylinder and slightly to the right that you can drill to run your wire. Remember - measure twice and drill once. Make sure you don't drill into any factory wiring!

I have a 1994 Infiniti G20 and the other day I was checking the oil when my hood slammed down on my head and I dropped the dipstick and it hit something in the car that caused a spark and a little smoke.
Now when I try to turn on my car, it starts but has a really low idle and nothing electrical works.. The headlights turn on and it drives, but theres no fans working in the motor, heater doesnt work, lights inside doesnt work..
The automatic windows and sunroof work, but other than that nothing.
If anyone has any insight before I take it to the shop would love it please : (
PS I also already checked all the fuses and they were good.
A: Main Fuse/Relay Box by the Battery and Fuse/Relay Box Under the Dash? Have the Alternator "Load Tested" to make sure it is still putting out the Listed Amperage, May have Blown the Diode(s)? Blown Replace.
