A: No, it will not be made into a convertible. These same rumors flew around in 2002 about the G35 being a convertible and a Skyline GTR version being released in 2006. I still don't see either model! This happens whenever a car is released. I also remember rumors about a coupe version of the S2000, V6 Prelude, etc. From what I understand from a local dealer, the G37 doesn't have the setup to be a good looking convertible and there would be NO trunk left if they did it like that. Plus, Infiniti wouldn't put out a ragtop, so it'd be a hardtop convertible, which would definitely not work in the G37's storage area. PS. Rob's link is to a photoshopped picture. Look at the leather on the rear seats. It's not a legit photo. Total chopjob!

After sales tax (I live in California), licensing fees, misc fees etc how much should I expect to pay net after I put down the 10,000? Say you're trading in a $6000 vehicle, quid pro quo, the DMV reduces the taxes to that of a $40,000 vehicle with no trade in. You'd be financing approximately $39,000. Things to avoid... *good looking and know it salesmen *optional undercoating, totally unnecessary unless you live and work in snow, it stinks until it burns off in 3000 miles *extended maintenance warranties *any and all "deals" offerred in the finance department *getting excited or giddy (seriously, take a dominatrix attitude with you) You're going to buy a car for the least amount possible, not so the salesman gets a big commision. Hi I plan on buying an infiniti g37 2009 coupe with optional packages (sport/nav/premium). the price comes to approx 46,000 sticker. I negotiate with the person and he says he will take 2,000 off, so the price comes to 44,000. I say I will put 10,000 down. He brings me the paperwork back and the final price is 39,000. Am I being ripped off somehow or is this correct price after taxes, license fees, etc etc? I know the tax will be about 3,000 something, but where is this number coming from? Is this correct or is something wrong?

A: If taxes are 3000 then they are ripping you off 2000. Perhaps they forgot to take off what they promised. Cars aren't selling, they should be coming down alot more!!
