Exclusive! Karnataka’s Sini Shetty crowned Femina Miss India World 2022

After a battle full of suspense, that of Karnataka Sin Shetty was crowned Femina Miss India World 2022, Rajasthan Rubal Shekhawat was declared Femina Miss India 2022 1st place, while that of Uttar Pradesh Shinata Chauhan was crowned Femina Miss India 2022 2nd Runner Up.

The Miss India Organization has once again successfully orchestrated the grand finale of another season a Jio World Convention Center, who played the perfect host for the fascinating event. The star-studded coronation night unfolded with sensational performances pitted against creative excellence and artistic mastery.

Aspirants from across the country battled for the national title and the process took place in two stages, virtually and on the pitch. While we continue to live amidst restrictions due to the global pandemic, unlike last year, all 31 winners have arrived in the city of dreams this year to continue their journey towards conquering the coveted crown.

Femina Miss India 2022 mentor and former Miss India Neha Dhupia congratulated the event on its 20th anniversary. Although the 58th edition of Femina Miss India was hosted with a private ceremony, the night saw many stars that added sparkle to the dazzling event. And adding the fun element to the event were Kriti Sanon, Lauren Gottlieb and Ash Chandler who left the crowd in turmoil. The show was hosted by Maniesh Paul.

The evening’s esteemed jury included Femina Miss India 2022 mentor, actress and former Miss India, Neha Dhupia; actress, Malaika Arora; Singer, choreographer and performance artist, Shiamak Davar; actor, Dino Morea; The stylists Rahul Khanna and Rohit Gandhi; and former captain of the Indian women’s team, Mithali Raj.

Later in the evening, stunning state winners walked up the ramp adorning Mohey’s gorgeous lehengas which added oomph to the stage and later transformed into an Abhishek Sharma resort wear collection. Former winners Manasa Varanasi, Manika Sheokand and Manya Omprakash Singh stepped up the ramp with the utmost grace and elegance before crowning their successors.

The evening ended with the coronation ceremony. Manasa crowned her successor Sini Shetty as the winner of Femina Miss India World 2022; she who will now represent India at the prestigious 71st Miss World pageant. While Manika and Manya crowned Rubal Shekhawat and Shinata Chauhan respectively.
