NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Thursday’s panel said that Ferozepur SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans failed to discharge his responsibility to maintain law and order or to take any measures to deploy additional force to strengthen security on the Prime Minister’s route on January 5, when the Prime Minister’s convoy got stuck on a overpass.
