DUBAI: India’s star hitter Virat Kohli could have gone out after getting off to a decent start against Pakistan in the Asian Cup 2022but he leaves no stone unturned to prepare for the next showdown in the showpiece event.
Kohli, who returned to the national team after a month-long break, scored a valuable 35 from 34 as India beat Pakistan by five wickets on Sunday.
The former India skipper shared photos of his training session on social media on Tuesday as he prepared for the Hong Kong game.

In another heartwarming gesture, Kohli presented a signed Team India jersey to Pakistani point guard Haris Rauf after Men in Blue defeated the team led by Babar Azam.
BCCI posted a video of an Indian star hitter gifting an Indian shirt to a Pakistani point guard and wrote, “The game may be over but moments like these shine. Heartwarming gesture from @imVkohli as handing over a signed jersey to Pakistani Haris Rauf posting the game #INDvPAK.”
Meanwhile, India will now take on Hong Kong on Wednesday while Pakistan will face Hong Kong on Friday.
Bangladesh and Afghanistan will face each other in the third game of the tournament on Tuesday.
