US President Joe Biden has said he will attend Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.
“Yes,” Biden told reporters on Friday when asked if he planned to attend the funeral, details of which were not announced by the Palace.
“I don’t know the specifics yet, but I will go,” Biden said.
He told reporters he had yet to speak to King Charles III after the Queen’s death.
“I know him. I haven’t spoken to him. I haven’t called him yet,” Biden said.
