What do i get with a TOI + subscription?
TOI + subscription gives you access to Premium articles and an Ad-Lite experience for 1 year on the Times Of India website, Android and IOS apps.
Do I also receive the Times of India e-paper or newspaper at home with the TOI + subscription?
No. The TOI + subscription is for online readers only. You can read all TOI + articles on the TOI website and apps.
To get access to E-paper you will need to purchase it separately at https://epaper.timesgroup.com/TOI/TimesOfIndia/index.html
Will my membership renew automatically?
For TOI + subscriptions withdrawn from the IOS App, the subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the 12-month subscription period.
For Subscriptions made via Desktop, Mobile Site or Android App, there is no automatic renewal of the subscription. We will remind you towards the end of your subscription to pay for uninterrupted access to TOI +.
What is your cancellation policy?
It is not possible to cancel a free trial or paid subscription before the subscription period expires.
However, to cancel your membership towards the end of the subscription / trial period and not pay the renewal fees, write to us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
