The 2023 LPGA Tour schedule released Friday includes a record $101.4 million in total purses. The 33-event schedule begins with the Tournament of Champions January 19-22 in Orlando, Fla., and ends with November 16-19. CME Group Circuit Championship in Naples, Florida.
The tournaments will be held in 11 states and 12 countries and regions.
“Thanks to our amazing athletes, partners, volunteers and fans, 2023 will be a banner year for the LPGA Tour”, commissioner of the LPGA Mollie Marcoux Samaan said in a press release. “The program includes new events, high purses, unique formats and world-class golf courses.”
The biggest purses up for grabs include the $10 million US Women’s Open from July 6-9 in Pebble Beach, Calif., and the $9 million KPMG Women‘s PGA Championship June 22-25 in Springfield, NJ
