According to the latest reports, he was transferred to AIIMS Hospital in Rishikesh and suffered injuries to his forehead, back and legs.

Footage from the crash site suggests the car crashed into the freeway railing at high speed and burst into flames. Pant could be seen on a hospital bed with his forehead heavily bandaged, while another photo shows him being treated for severe bruising on his back.
“He was driving the car himself when it hit the separation wall at the Delhi Narson border. He was immediately taken to Saksham Hospital but later transferred to Max Hospital in Dehradun for treatment. extra,” a PTI source quoted.
Pant is not part of India’s upcoming ODI and T20I series at home to Sri Lanka. He was due to leave for Bengaluru to be at the National Cricket Academy for a strength and conditioning programme.

“We are all concerned, but fortunately he is stable. At the DDCA, we are keeping an eye on him and wishing him a speedy recovery,” DDCA Secretary Siddharth Sahib Singh said in a statement.
Pant has scored 2,271 runs in 33 Tests so far with the help of five hundred and 11 fifty-somethings. He has also represented the country in 30 ODIs and 66 T20Is.
