Security personnel at Mathura’s Mant toll booth noticed the body attached to the car as it passed from Agra to Noida.
The car was driven by Delhi resident Virendra Singh who is currently under interrogation by the police.
“There was thick fog at the highway last night, so there was minimal visibility due to which the man who had an accident got stuck with his car,” said Trigun Bisen, Superintendent of Police , citing accused suspect Virendra Singh.
Virendra is interrogated and cameras are scanned. People in nearby villages were informed of the incident by his identity.
