He told ETimes TV: “My client has been through hell and whatever allegations he has made against Adil Khan have been backed up by evidence. Apart from the money that he withdrew from his account, he also said that he was having an extra marital affair while he was away at Bigg Boss Marathi house and has photographs as evidence.
When asked about the domestic violence allegations, Falguni replied, “Rakhi has photographic evidence of all the assaults she suffered, and the most serious allegation is an act of unnatural sex.”
When asked about the extension of police custody, Falguni replied that it had been rejected by the court. He said: ‘The police had requested police custody on the basis that they conducted the victim’s medical reports confirming the IPC u/s 377 felony charges, they also did not have the opportunity to investigate as at the first JC remand date has been granted.The investigation is incomplete so they have requested a PC.
In one of Rakhi’s exclusive interactions with ETimes TV, he had said, “Adil told Tanu that after I get out of this, he’s going to have a press conference and have a nikkah with her in five days.”
Several cases have come forward in the case of Rakhi-Adil. Rakhi had presented photographic evidence of signs of beatings and claimed that Adil had stolen his mother’s heirloom jewellery.
