Sheezan’s attorney, Shailendra, recently told ETimes TV, “Sachhai ki jeet hui hai, Satyameva Jayate. He was innocent, he is innocent. Even the High Court sentence will prove her innocence. Our hearing in the High Court is ongoing. It is March 9, where we will try to cancel the FIR filed against him. He was granted bail by the Vasai court. I’ll try to get it out tonight or Monday morning. We are thankful and thankful to everyone who supported us and didn’t support us.”
He further told BT, “Sheezan has been granted bail bond of Rs 1,00,000. We are in the process of complying with the terms and conditions set by the court. Other conditions he was asked to respect were not tampering with evidence, influencing the complainant and traveling without prior authorisation. He was ordered to attend the trial regularly.

Sheezan was arrested after his co-star Tunisha Sharma, who was also his ex-girlfriend, died by suicide on the set of the TV show, which was built at Naigaon in the city of Vasai. He was arrested on charges of aiding and abetting suicide. He was arrested last year on December 24th.
Sheezan and Tunisha had an affair while they were working together, but it broke off just a couple of weeks before the latter’s death. Tunisha’s family blamed Sheezan for the death of her daughter, claiming that Tunisha was in a deeply disturbed state of mind after her breakup.
