“No fuss, no questions, Swara’s parents have always been supportive of all her life and career choices. His marriage was no different. They have always believed in giving her the freedom to make the right decisions,” says a source close to Swara.
Luckily, Swara’s husband Fahad Ahmad gets along well with Swara’s parents.
“An Indian wedding is said to occur not just between two individuals, but between two families. Swara and Fahad have found another family thanks to their mutual alliance,” says the source.
To celebrate their daughter’s wedding, Swara’s parents are all set for two days of festivities in Delhi on 15th and 16th March. The card, an artwork designed by Prateeq and illustrated by Anupam Arunachalam, announces ‘Ira and Chitrapu Uday Bhaskar request the pleasure of your company as they introduce their daughter Swara and son-in-law Fahad Ahmad.
We wish Swara and Fahad a happy life together. And since the card has a corner dedicated to Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, we have to remind Fahad to sing Doli Sajake Rakhna Mehendi Lagake Rakhna Lene Tujhe O Gori Aayenge Tere Sajna at Qawwalli night on 15th March.
