Juluru Academy President Gowri Shankar announced on Wednesday that a congratulatory program will be held at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad on 28 March.
He stated that the entire Telangana society is proud that by using rural Telugu phrases, Chandrabose has written a life-giving song which has received the admiration of the world.
Gowri Shankar on Wednesday held a meeting with representatives of various literary bodies to discuss the modalities of the meeting. He noted that for the first time a Telugu song winning the global award is a matter of happiness for everyone.
The meeting decided to hold a meeting on 28 March to honor Chandrabose who has brought such great honor to Telugu literacy in the field of film lyrics.
The president of the Academy has invited poets and writers to participate in the meeting. Lui said that film lyricist Chandrabose has made Telangana proud by bringing Telugu song to the world stage.
