Rahul: Was Rahul’s videos ‘suppressed’? YouTube to survey | News from India

NEW DELHI: Congress has decided to continue with protests against Adani scam and disqualification of Raul Gandhi from Lok Sabha, stepping up planning for demonstrations in all states to start next month.
Rahul Gandhi visited Parliament on Wednesday days after his disqualification and attended a meeting of Congress MPs in the party office. The meeting was chaired by party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and included Sonia Gandhi, as well as members of the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
Sources said Congress is ready to appeal Rahul’s conviction by the Surat court for defamation. The appeal will likely be filed in court this week.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut met in the Parliament compound Sonya and Rahul, a day after Gandhi’s scion made it clear to the ally that he will desist from talking about Savarkar. Raut said the grand alliance in Maharashtra is intact.
With Congress protests starting next week, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel had a discussion with Kharge and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday.
Training party arms to BJP, Rajya Sabha MP and AICC spokesperson Shaktisinh Gohil he claimed Rahul was disqualified within hours of being sentenced, but a BJP MP had remained a Lok Sabha member for weeks until he received relief from SC.
Meanwhile, YouTube is looking into Rahul’s complaint that his videos criticizing alleged “cronyism” involving PM Modi and Adani have been suppressed.
Rahul’s supporters had filed a complaint with the social media company, attaching analytics evidence provided by his social media team, to claim that the aforementioned videos were not receiving views. The complaint alleged that the videos were being “suppressed, possibly unknowingly and algorithmically”.
