Rob McElhenney hosts pool party for Wrexham players as part of Vegas promotion celebrations | UK News

Wrexham co-owner Rob McElhenney has invited the Wrexham players to a party in Las Vegas as the club’s victory celebrations continue.

The men’s team was at a pool party hosted by McElhenney – a surprise having recently won the National League.

They will return to the English Football League (EFL) next season for the first time since 2008.

McElhenney tweeted a photo of himself and his wife, actress Kaitlin Olson, with the players.

He captioned it “The Gang Throws a Pool Party in Nevada for the Greatest Football Team on Earth” – written in the style of an episode title It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, starring both McElhenney and Olson.

During the team’s festivities, they attended a concert by the Chain Smokers at the XS nightclub in Las Vegas.
