Cisce: CISCE results declared: 98.94% passing rate in Class 10, Class 12 at 96.93%

NEW DELHI: The Board of Indian School Certification Exams (CISCI) on Sunday stated the results of Class 10 and Class 12 axis exams. While 98.94% passed the Class 10 exams, the pass rate recorded in the Class 12 exams is 96.93%.

CISCE Secretary Gerry Arathoon stated that Class 10 (ICSE extension) the exam was conducted on 63 written subjects of which 21 were Indian, 14 foreign and two classical languages.

“Class 12 (It’s C) the exam was conducted in 47 written subjects of which 12 were Indian languages ​​and three were foreign languages ​​and one classical language,” he said.
The girls outperformed the boys in both exams with nine students sharing first place in class 10 while five shared first place in class 12.
In class 10, nine students shared first place with 99.80 percent of the vote. They are Rushil Kumar, Annanya Karthik, Shreya Upadhyay, Advay Sardesai, Yash Manish Bhasein, Tanay Sushil Shah, Hiya Sanghavi, Avishi Singh and Sambit Mukhopadhyay.
In class 12, five students shared first place with 99.75 percent. They are Riya Aggarwal, Ipshita Bhattacharya, Mohd Aryaan Tariq, Subham Kumar Agarwal and Manya Gupta.
Class 10 or ICSE exams started on February 27 and concluded on March 29, 2023. Class 12 or ISC exam started on February 13 and last exam date was March 31.
About 2.5 lakh students have applied for the CISCE exam for class 10, 12 this year.
