Thai opposition leader Pita Limjaroenrat claims victory and says he is ready to be prime minister

BANGKOK: Thai opposition leader Pita Limjaroenrat said on Monday he was ready to be prime minister after a stunning election result that left his progressive party as the biggest in parliament.
