We are ready to undergo Narco test: Bajrang Punia

NEW DELHI: Olympic bronze medalist Bajrang Punished Monday accepted Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh’s challenge to undergo a narco-analysis test to verify the veracity of the wrestlers’ sexual harassment allegations WFI president.
The head of WFI in a Facebook post on Sunday said he was ready to appear for a narco analysis or polygraph test to prove his innocence.
“I am ready to endure narcotic testpolygraph test or lie detector test, but my condition is that Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia should also undergo these tests with me. If both wrestlers agree to undergo it, call a press conference and make an announcement. I promise them that I am ready for the test,” he posted in Hindi.
In response to this, Bajrang said, “We are ready to face Narco Test but we would also like him (Brij Bhushan) to also face Test under the supervision of the Supreme Court and with a live broadcast on national television. “
“We would like to see what questions are asked. He asked for the Narco test from Vinesh and myself. I am saying why only two of us but also all the girls who filed complaints should also take the Narco test”, Bajrang , seated next to Sakshi Malik and Vinesh Phogat at the protest site at Jantar Mantarsaid.

The protesting wrestlers will take part in another candlelight march from Jantar Mantar to India Gate.
“As you know our protest lasts for a month, on May 23rd we would be holding a candlelight march at India Gate.
“We have to remind people that ours is a peaceful protest and anyone who tries to disturb the peace with provocative speeches or any type of disorder would themselves be responsible for the consequences and we take no responsibility,” Sakshi said.
