Kamala: ‘Slow start’, but Biden will win

Vice-president Kamala Harris defended her boss’ shaky debate performance, arguing that Biden should be judged on his record in office rather than the moments on the stage where he faltered. “Joe Biden is extraordinarily strong,” she said. Harris conceded that he did not perform expertly at the start of the debate. “It was a slow start, that’s obvious to everyone,” she said.”…(But) he got into a groove where it counted.
