India vs Australia: No changes in Team India for last two tests | Cricket News

NEW DELHI: After India’s superb performances in the first two tests against Australia, the BCCI selection committee decided on Sunday to keep the same squad for the third and fourth tests of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
The selectors once again showed their confidence in the out-of-form vice-captain KL Raul holding him for the final two games of the series.
Rahul’s extended lean zone has become a huge talking point and the clamor to drop him from the squad has grown with each passing day.

The third test will be played in Indore from 1 March while Ahmedabad will host the fourth and final test.
The Indian team for the next three games ODI series it was also announced with Rohit Sharma in charge of the team.
However, Rohit will not appear in the series opener and Hardik Pandya will lead the team in his absence.
“Mr Rohit Sharma will not be available for the first ODI due to family commitments and Mr Hardik Pandya will lead the team in the first ODI,” the BCCI statement said.
The first ODI of the series will be played on 17 March in Mumbai, followed by the 2nd ODI in Visakhapatnam on 19 March and the 3rd ODI in Chennai on 22 March.
