NEW DELHI: Punjab Prime Minister Bhagwant Mann got married in a private ceremony at his Chandigarh residence on Thursday.
Mann married Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, resident in the Pehowa area in Haryana’s Kurukshetra. The marriage was celebrated according to Sikh rituals.

The wedding ceremony was attended by Delhi Prime Minister and National Party Coordinator Aam Aadmi (AAP) Arvind Kejriwal and his family. However, no ministers or other great leaders were invited to the ceremony.
Among the guests was also the AAP MP Raghav Chadha.
Mann (48) separated from his first wife in 2015. He has two children from his first marriage.

His ex-wife Inderpreet Kaur and their children reside in the United States. Her daughter Seerat Kaur Mann (21) and her son Dilshan Mann (17) flew from the United States to attend her swearing in on March 16 this year.
According to sources, the marriage is arranged.
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, who is known as Gopi in her family, is a practicing doctor and lives in Mohali with her family.

As per a food menu obtained by ANI, guests were able to savor the best of Indian and Italian cuisine including Karahi Paneer, Tandoori Kulche, Dal Makhani, Navratan Biryani, Mausami Subzian, Apricot Stuffed Kofta, Sicilian Lasagna and Burrani Raita.
Desserts such as Fresh Fruit Triffle, Moong Dal Halwa, Shahi Tukda, Angoori Rasmalai, and Dry Fruit Rabari were in attendance for guests at Bhagwat Mann’s wedding. For health-conscious people, different types of salads have been made available.
