Eigon Oliveirawho calls himself “the Neymar look-alike”, was returning home after a short but tumultuous stint in Qatar.
It is very difficult to tell the difference between the two with the naked eye as Oliveira donned the Brazil training uniform and wore sunglasses, a hat and a beard similar to those of the Brazil star.

He literally wreaked havoc with his public appearances. He also appears to have the same tattoos as Neymar and was usually accompanied by a friend who dressed as a Brazilian football confederation staff member.
A Puma store in Doha had to temporarily close during Oliveira’s visit and drew hundreds of fans. He had to be taken to the back of the store until things calmed down.
There were also problems when the lookalike went to one of Brazil’s World Cup matches as fans demanded autographs and a photo. Some of the Brazilian players on the pitch before the game looked up to see what was happening. Security eventually escorted the doppelganger out.
Being a Neymar lookalike has become a job for Oliveira. He has traveled the world emulating the player, especially in France, where Neymar plays for Paris Saint-Germain. He earns money from his appearances and acting as the player’s double in commercial shoots.
He met Neymar a few times during some of his commercial shoots and said the player was fine with him acting as his lookalike.
