Supreme Court puts temporary hold on the end of Title 42
Fox News host Sandra Smith has the latest on the court’s decision about the border on “Your World.”
The US Supreme Court on Monday temporarily blocked an order that would lift Title 42, the pandemic-era health policy that has been used to determine migrants more than 2.5 million times.
The order Monday by Chief Justice John Roberts comes as cities along the US-Mexico border have been scrambling to prepare for an expected influx of migrants in anticipation of Title 42’s end.
Migrants stand across the Rio Grande from El Paso, Texas. Thousands of migrants have illegally crossed into the city in recent days, prompting concerns from city officials.
