Once in a seemingly terminal state of decline after the explosion of low-cost flights, Europe’s night trains are having a moment.

Fueled by demand for greener travel options, new roads are once again meandering across the continent – including the Brussels-to-Berlin berth on which Sky News ClimateCast presenter Tom Heap sits.
