NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi is all set to visit Varanasi on June 18 to address a farmers‘ conference, the party sources informed on Tuesday. This would mark his first visit to his Parliamentary constituency since swearing in as the Prime Minister of India for the third time.
The location of PM Modi‘s speech to the farmers’ meeting is yet to be finalized, according to BJP’s Kashi region president Dilip Patel.
PM Modi will pray at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple and take part in Ganga Aarti at the Dashashwamedh Ghat after speaking to the farmers, according to Patel.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday took oath for the 3rd consecutive term becoming the only leader since former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru to be elected for a third consecutive term after serving out the entirety of each previous term.
Further, members of his cabinet including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh and JP Nadda also took oath.
