Tamil Nadu Class 12 results: Worker’s daughter scores 600/600 | Chennai News

DINDIGUL: S Nandhini, who is the daughter of a day wage earner in Dindigulassured the honors – 600 out of 600 – in Tamil Nadu state council exams Class XII. The results were released on Monday.
Nandhini studied at Annamalaiar Mills Girls Higher Secondary School, a government-assisted school. Got pennies in all six papers: Tamil, English, Economics, Commerce, Accounting and Computer Applications
The girl shared sweets and celebrated her success with her parents, Banupriya and Saravanakumar, and her teachers.
“My father is a daily paycheck worker but he never tried to stop me from studying. His hard work is the reason I’m here. He always tells me that my education is my wealth and he has encouraged me to pursue my dreams,” Nandhini told reporters.
She added that her teachers have supported her all the time, right from LKG, and that she was happy to do everyone proud.
